This listing is for an Amazing reprint photo image of Thomas Andrews at age sixteen, as an apprentice for Harland and Wolff.(1899)Andrews is second from the right and has my company watermark on his chest in the main photo.
Andrews, over-saw the construction of Olympic and Titanic, as Managing Director of Harland and Wolff..
A real stickler for detail "Our Tommy" was known to lead from the front.
The shipyard workers and the ships crew held him in the highest regard.
Sadly, Thomas Andrews perished in the sinking of the RMS Titanic, on April 15, 1912.
Andrews was just 39 years old and left behind a wife, Helen, and an infant daughter Elizabeth.
