100% handmade replica of the “Big Piece” of Titanic. The big piece is the largest piece of Titanic’s hull ever recovered from the wreck site. The nearly 20 ton section of shell plating originated from the C and D deck levels and once covered cabins C-79 and C-81, as well as part of the D-deck first class galley.
This replica is an authentic recreation of the big piece in every detail. It depicts the piece as it looked before the two sections were separated and displayed in different locations. It has every rivet, and nearly every crack, bend, and tear that can be seen on the real piece itself.
It is made out of cast resin and painted by hand.
Dimensions are roughly 20 inches long and 14 inches tall (50cm x 35.5cm)
Different versions are also available. I can also paint it to look the way it did on the night it hit the sea floor in 1912, and I can also make it look all rusty as though it’s just been lifted out of the ocean
