    Description

    Late 19th or early 20th Century Pacific Northwest painted Native American mask with abalone or haliotis shell teeth and on headdress.  Looks like spruce wood or alder, hard carved.   There are 2 holes for the eyes and 3 holes to attach mask to face.  Fits nicely.  Unsigned .
    In very good condition, some loss of green paint below eyes,  2 hairline cracks can be seen on inside upper left.
    Measures 10 5/8 inches in length and 8 1/8 inches at widest width.  5 inches in depth.
