There is a name Western Electric Company associated with these equipment.
Appears to be all there. NOS equipment. Most boxes are still sealed and unopened.
Comes with original manuals with schematic etc.
I am not sure if everything is 100% complete.  It sure looks like it.
These equipment are from about the 1941 era.  Operating condition unknown.
