Nautilus Steel Crank Work Out equipment handles foot pedals

nautilus work out equipment steel crank handles or foot pedals. Condition is New.
Not 100% sure what this is for they are brand-new there is a left and a right ..could be for a workout bike or some type of weight lifting machine please look closely at items make sure that this is something that you need and want there are no returns. The length is around 9 in from the end of the circled area all the way to the end of the crank handle. Center to Center the two holes where bolts can go through is 2 5/8 inches apart. The diameter is 4 in 1/8.
The last picture shows 6 3/4 inch Center to center of those two holes
