Humvee Cell Phone Holder. Approximate size: 3 1/8 wide at bottom clamps and 3 1/4 wide at plungers and about 3 3/4" from bottom lip to plunger, but you can go any height above plunger. The iPhone in the picture is a 10X. My phone would not fit without removing the Otter case. Technically this is a DAGR Installation Mount. NSN 5975-01-521-3063. Part # 987-5006-001. Used to install a DAGR military GPS in a vehicle. Secures DAGR in place with spring loaded plungers.
