These Hertel or Kennametal  Combination Drill Chamfer Tools are brand NEW They are being sold as singles, if you want them both shipping will be FREE on the second one..They both have the screw for holding the carbide insert in place. The Drill bit is a 7.1mm or .280" dia. on the black #1 Hertel tool and can be moved in or out for length. The drill bit in the silver #2 tool is 6mm or .235". The Drive Arbor shaft is 20mm or .786" dia.(last picture). I will ship  right away.(make sure to tell me which one you are choosing.
