    Green Crystal Bud Vase
    Raised Porcelain Flowers
    Vintage Bohemian green glass vase made in the Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia) by Egermann. This vase features hand-painted heavily gilded 24K gold paint, and raised flowers. It is 7" tall The opening at the top is 1 3/4" across. Circa 1950's.
    The style of work comes from Novy Bor in Northern Bohemia, in what is now known as the Czech Republic.  Dating back to the beginning of the 19th century the technique was named after the famous glass technologist and painter Friedrich Egermann.
