    Description

    You are bidding on two overprint errors of Central African Republic #410.  The first has the silver obliterator bar shifted away from its intended location, without the "Republique Centraficaine" overprint.  The second stamps is missing the silver obliterator bar.  Both stamps are in mint, never-hinged condition.  Neither one is listed or priced in the Scott Catalogue.
