Antique Sterling Silver 925 Thimble Mexico Eagle 2 Abalone Shell Applied Scroll

Description

This is a lovely sterling silver thimble made in Mexico. There is a band at the bottom inlaid with abalone and onyx. It has an eagle 2 hallmark. Ebay shows a 2 as representing Bernice Goodspeed, I'm not sure. It has several other marks including 925. I can't read all of them. It does need to be cleaned. There are 2 small holes on the side near the bottom. You can only see them when looking into the light. It is slightly over 1" tall and is slightly over 5/8" diameter. It has a few slight dents.
