    Description

    This Shelton Portable Perm Machine was made in St. Louis, Missouri. It has to be at least 70 years old as the cold waves came into our industry in the mid 50’s. It is still in working condition and the meter still registers as you turn it on. I bought this about 15 years ago and have had in on display. It is quite a conversation piece.
