Antique A. Ambros Egermann Enamel Decorated Glass Roemer
Measures 11" high; top opening 5" diameter
Marked with the anchor symbol indicating it was a work of Anton Ambros Egermann
The other monogram indicates that it was made for the Vienna Glass firm J & L Lobmeyr
The glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks
The metal base is loose.  You can turn it back and forth about a quarter of an inch.  It does not affect the stability of the piece but I am not sure that it is supposed to move.
