Quantity of 40 FlareSeal® in this kit.   The ultimate starter Kit for HVAC, Ductless Mini Splits or and refrigeration application with a flare connection.
FlareSeal® is a revolutionary product to address flare leaks in HVAC or Refrigeration flare connections.    The FlareSeal® is a copper seal coated with Loctite®.   The Seal has multiple rings on the sealing surface to provide a crush connection and multiple points of sealing.    The seal snaps securely onto the male fitting in any orientation.   The Loctite® coating compensates for any imperfections in the surface.
The kit for sale was specifically designed for Ductless Mini-Splits, HVAC and Refrigeration techs.     This kit contains (10) 1/4" seals, (10) 3/8" seals, (10) 1/2" seals and (10) 5/8" seals.  This kit is all you need to complete a confident leak free system install.    The container snap locks tightly and is only 4-1/2" long, 3" wide and 1-1/2" tall for an easy fit into any toolbox or truck stock
Installation is super easy.
1. Make sure flare surface is clean of debris
2. Clip the FlareSeal® squarely onto the male fitting
3. Tighten with torque wrench to ductless mini-split manufacturers recommendations

3/8"     24-31 ft-lbs

5/8"     45-60 ft-lbs
3/4"     66-88 ft-lbs
